Soley Kristin Jonsdottir was born in Reykjavik on June 30, 2001. While attending Christian school there, Soley Kristin Jonsdottir experienced her father's death early in her childhood which contributed to an increased independence and desire to travel the world.

Soley completed her education in Reykjavik where she acquired both academic knowledge and practical experience at her Christian School. However, Soley found herself more drawn towards modeling and fitness than traditional academic subjects - she found them more fulfilling ways of fulfilling herself than academic subjects alone could.

Soley has earned herself an admirable reputation in fitness modeling and training circles. Beginning her journey at an early age, Soley quickly went on to compete successfully in bikini competitions: in 2017 at just 16 she earned second place at an IFBB Bikini Fitness category - testament of both talent and dedication in this area of endeavor.

Soley began modeling after garnering recognition as a fitness model. At first she freelanced before signing with Grounded Creative Studios of Iceland to showcase her athleticism, beauty and fitness to an even wider audience.

Soley began her personal training career alongside modeling. Utilizing her experience and expertise to assist others in reaching their fitness goals, Soley founded SKJ ehf as an online platform offering personal training services - showing both her entrepreneurial flair and commitment to empowering people through fitness.
